• We reserve the right to deny service to any prospective or current client without explanation or cause.
  • Posted fees may change at any time; please check the web site. We will abide by whatever fee is currently posted on this website at the time the client schedules her/his appointment.
  • Payment in full is expected at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, and is non-refundable.
  • If a client has to change their appointment time due to unforeseen circumstances, they must call by phone (not by email or text) at least 24 hours before their scheduled session. We will do our best to reschedule.  There is a $15 re-booking or cancellation fee.
  • There will be no refunds given for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
  • The client is asked to call us at their scheduled appointment time (phone number given out when appointment is booked). Due to other clients, we are not able to offer a full session if the client does not call in a timely fashion. If the client fails to call within 20 minutes of the scheduled starting time, the appointment will be considered canceled with no refunds.
  • All clients are required to read and agree to these terms and conditions before scheduling an appointment. Thank you.
